The average time needed to visit Sorolla, one hundred years of modernity is 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Entry to the exhibition is organized in 15-minute time slots. Punctuality is requested.

The rooms are cleared 15 minutes before closing

Admission only grants access to the temporary

The ticket offices are located in the entrance hall of the Gallery (entrance via C/ Bailén s/n – Next to the viewpoint, between the Royal Palace and Almudena Cathedral).

  • Reduced admission: seniors (65+), children (6 to 16 years), students (up to 25 years), large families, Youth Card holders, people with disabilities, and legally unemployed persons (with proof).
  • Free and reduced tickets require valid, up-to-date official ID at the ticket office on the day of the visit.
  • These prices do not include handling fees (€1 per ticket). There are no handling fees for free tickets.
  • Handling fees only apply to online sales. Online purchases are recommended to guarantee your visit and avoid queues at the exhibition site.

Rules

Minors
Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

Photography
Photos may be taken for personal use and without flash. Selfie sticks or other stabilising accessories for cameras or mobile phones are not permitted.

Animals
Only certified guide dogs may enter the building.

Food/Drink
Food and drinks may only be consumed in the cafeteria area.

Collections on Display
For reasons of conservation and security, it is forbidden to touch the exhibited items, or to lean on the cabinets.

Objects and Baggage
Objects measuring more than 40 x 40 cm. (bags, umbrellas, pointed objects, etc…) must be stored in the cloakroom or in the lockers.
