The average time required to visit “Sorolla. One Hundred Years of Modernity” is 45 minutes – 1 hour.
Access to the exhibition is organized in shifts every 15 minutes. Punctuality is requested.
The rooms are vacated 15 minutes before closing time.

Admission only gives access to the temporary exhibition
The physical ticket offices are located in the entrance hall of the Gallery (access from C/ Bailén s/n – next to the viewpoint, between the Royal Palace and the Almudena Cathedral).

- Reduced admission: seniors over 65 years old, young people from 6 to 16 years old, students up to 25 years old, members of large families, holders of the Youth Card, people with disabilities, people legally unemployed who can prove this circumstance.
- Free and reduced tickets require accreditation with a valid and updated official document at the ticket office on the day of the visit.
- These prices do not include administration fees (1 € per ticket). There is no handling fee for free tickets.
- Handling fees apply only to online sales. Online ticket purchase is recommended to guarantee your visit and avoid queues at the exhibition site.

Minors
Minors under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Photography
Photographs for personal use and without flash are allowed. The use of a selfie stick or any other camera or cell phone stabilizer is not allowed.
Animals
Accredited assistance dogs are the only animals allowed.
Food / beverage
Eating and drinking is not permitted in the exhibition. The space assigned for food and beverages is the cafeteria.
Exhibited collections
For conservation and safety reasons, the exhibits may not be touched, nor may they be leaned against the showcases.
Objects and bulky items
Objects larger than 40 x 40 cm (bags, umbrellas, sharp objects, etc.) must be deposited in the checkroom or lockers.
